VARON Oxygen Concentrator Warranty Information
The VARON oxygen concentrator comes with a one-year warranty. Within one year of receiving the product, if your oxygen concentrator malfunctions due to manufacturing defects, we will provide free repair service. This warranty ensures that the generator is free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
Please note that accessories (such as hoses, filters, connectors, etc.) are not covered under the warranty. We guarantee the quality of accessories at the time of purchase, but they are subject to wear and tear.
VARON Independence Warranty Exclusions
● Normal wear and tear: Periodic maintenance, repairs and replacement of parts due to normal operation are excluded from coverage.
● Damage due to misuse or abuse: Defects or damage caused by the following are excluded from coverage:
● Improper operation, improper storage, abuse or neglect (e.g. exposure to smoke or physical damage);
● Ingress of liquids, sand, dirt, food or insects/animals;
● Exposure to extreme temperatures and/or high humidity;
● Using the product or accessories for commercial purposes, or subjecting the product and accessories to abnormal conditions or uses;
● Lack of preventative maintenance required by the user or supplier;
● Other acts not attributable to VARON.
Unauthorized Services or Modifications: Defects and damage resulting from services, testing, installations or modifications performed by anyone other than VARON, in any way, are excluded from coverage.
Procedure and Warranty Request
To initiate a warranty claim, please contact our customer support team at support@varoninc.it within the warranty period. Please provide proof of purchase and a detailed description of the issue.
Our customer support team will evaluate your request and determine the appropriate course of action. This may include troubleshooting, replacing defective parts, or, if necessary, repairing or replacing the oxygen concentrator.
In the event of a warranty claim, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs for returning the product to us. VARON will cover the shipping costs for returning the repaired or replaced product to the customer.
Non-transferability
The warranties set forth herein are made by VARON solely to the original purchaser of the product and are non-transferable. For the limited warranties herein to be effective, the original receipt of purchase of the product and proof of identity are required from the purchasing party. In addition, for the limited warranty herein to be effective, the purchasing party must inspect each product within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery and prior to putting it into use.
Disclaimer
VARON is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the oxygen concentrator, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. After the product warranty expires, VARON is no longer responsible for replacements, additional repairs, or shipping costs.
