Return Policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days from when you receive the product to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your products must be in the original condition in which they were received, unworn or used, with uncut price tags, and in the original packaging. You must have a receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, you can contact us at support@varoninc.it . The process will be processed within 3 business days. If your return is approved, we will advise you of the shipping method and address. Please note that products returned without a return request may not be accepted.

Product return
We accept returns or exchanges only within 7 days of receiving your package (equipment only) and must meet one of the following two requirements:
- Case 1 – The box is not yet opened: the device must be in its original packaging and not missing any parts.
- Case 2 – Open box: The product received has a problem or the product received does not match the order (1) Please contact customer service within the given time frame (2) Send a video or photo to confirm that the product has a problem (sending proof is necessary)
- Note: Accessories cannot be returned.
Damage and problems
Please check the product upon receipt and contact us immediately if there are any problems or damage, or if you received it incorrectly, so that we can evaluate the problem and correct it.
Exceptions / Non-returnable products
Certain types of products are not returnable, such as special order items (e.g., custom-made items or personalized products) and personal healthcare products (e.g., nasal oxygen tubing). We will not accept refunds for hazardous materials, Wi-Fi liquids, or gases. If you have any concerns about your product, please contact us.
Exception: We will not receive discounted products or gift cards.
Exchange of goods
The fastest way to get the product you need is to contact customer service before making a purchase. If your order has already been shipped, exchanging a product will be complicated. Contact us any time you have any issues.

Costs
Return and exchange charges include shipping costs + service fees.
Shipping Costs: The customer will be responsible for the shipping costs resulting from the return of the product.
Service Fees: We will charge a service fee of 20% of the amount paid. This fee is based on product deterioration and purchase fees.
Note: These costs will not be charged if the reason for the return or exchange of the product is a quality problem.
Reimbursement
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you within 1-3 business days if your refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically receive your refund within 3 business days, transferred to the account you used to make the payment. Please note that it may take your bank or credit card company some time to process and transfer the funds to your account.
