Transport policy

Expected delivery times:

All orders will be processed within 1-3 business days of receiving order confirmation (excluding weekends and holidays). After your order ships, shipping time for oxygenator products is usually about 2-5 business days, and shipping time for machine parts is usually about 7-15 business days. Uncontrollable factors such as increased order quantities or shipping issues may cause shipping delays. In rare cases, if you don't receive your product within 20 days, please contact support-th@varoninc.com . We will process your order immediately.

1.Free shipping to Thailand for orders valued at ฿1799 or more
Shipping ฿325 When order value is less than ฿1798.99

2. No sales tax

Place of delivery:

Country we currently ship to: Thailand. You will need to enter your actual address. Instructions: Please confirm your shipping address before placing your order. If you wish to change your shipping address due to a special situation, please email our customer support team within 48 hours of payment and our customer support staff will process the matter immediately.

Mode of transport:

We will use Flash Express for shipping. During transportation, we will insure all items until they are delivered to you. If your package cannot be shipped, Flash Express will ship it to your postal address and attempt to ship it the next day (except weekends) if no one is home during shipping. Don't worry! You can request your package be shipped to the nearest Flash Express pickup point. Flash Express will leave a card with the pickup point's location details. If you make other arrangements with Flash Express, such as leaving the package at your door, the package will no longer be insured. If the package is lost or stolen, we will not be responsible for it.

How to check my order status?

After your order ships, we'll send you an email with your tracking details so you can check the status of your order. There may be a delay of approximately 48 hours in updating your tracking information. If for some reason you don't receive this information, please email support-th@varoninc.com and we'll keep you updated on the progress of your order. What do I do if I receive a damaged package?

If you find any damage to your package upon receipt, please email support-th@varoninc.com immediately, attaching your order number and a picture of the product condition, and then refuse to accept the package. We will proceed to handle these issues based on your situation.
