Maintenance Tips
Oxygen Concentrator Maintenance:
- Clean the surface of the concentrator regularly.
- Clean the ventilation opening with a soft cloth to remove dust.
- Wipe gently to remove stubborn dirt.
Nasal oxygen treatment:
- Clean your nasal catheter at least once a week.
- If used daily, replace every two months.
- If not used often, replace it every three to six months.
- Disposable PVC nasal oxygen tubing is generally not recommended for reuse after 3-7 times.
Oxygen generator filter:
- Filters remove dust, dirt and pollen from the air.
- Clean once a month to prolong the life of the device.
Cautions for using filtered cotton:
- The cotton filter cannot be washed and should be replaced after 100-200 hours of use. If it becomes dirty, replace it immediately.

What is dual oxygen mode?
Traditional pulse oxygen generators only deliver oxygen when they detect breathing. The VP-2 has two modes: sensor mode: delivers oxygen when aspiration is detected; if aspiration is too weak to be detected, it switches to automatic mode and delivers oxygen every 3 seconds. This feature provides a more stable oxygen supply, especially for people with shallow breathing.
How to replace and recharge the battery?
The VP-2 battery is designed for easy replacement in just 3 steps: 1. Unpack the equipment. 2. Pull out and press the button. 3. Press the button on the side and pull out the battery.
There are two ways to charge the battery: 1. After installing the battery in your device, simply connect the device to AC/DC power using the appropriate power cable. After removing the battery from the device, you can recharge it by connecting the power cable to the battery's independent power port. For more detailed instructions, see the VP-2 manual.
Is the battery included in the package?
Yes, the device comes with batteries and other accessories. In the package, you can also purchase a spare battery separately in the store to extend the working hours. There are two types of batteries: 1. The default 6360mAh battery lasts up to 3.5 hours; 2. The 10400mAh battery lasts up to 6 hours.
